I hope your day is going good i know its getting tough but trust me you will get through this day no mater what remember your not alone. how did you sleep? whats going through your head? do you need someone to talk to?
I don't sleep sometimes because of what goes on in my head. If i can describe how my head is, it's like a tsunami of thoughts that come crashing in. Then the next day I would be so exhausted it's not even funny. I honestly don;t like talking to anyone about my problems because i have trust issues and i would rather go through it alone then for someone else to go through it with me.
