There are five dimensions of health: physical, mental, spiritual, emotional and social. All these five dimensions are affected by one another and provide us a full picture of our wellness.  

1. Physical  Health

Physical health means the absence of disease and injury. Good physical fitness means that you can perform daily activities, occupations, and sports. This condition will be achieved through good nutrition, regular exercise, and have enough rest. A physically healthy also vital component to perform other dimensions of health.

2. Mental  Health

Mental health is related to the ability to use the brain and think. The focus of mental health is the cognitive factors of a person. A person with good mental health will lead them to have a good social and emotional health.

3. Spiritual

Spiritual health is a willingness to seek the meaning of life and purpose in human being. It involves possessing faith, beliefs, and values that guide your life.

4. Emotional health is the ability to express your feelings and emotions, such as happiness, optimism, self-acceptance, ability to love and to be loved. Emotional health also relates to coping effectively with stress.  

5. Social

The social dimension refers to the ability to interact with others and contribute to the community, it also means developing good communication skills, showing respect to others and creating a support network.
