Yesterday it took 5 cleaners 4 and 1/2 hours to clean all the rooms in a hotel. There are only 3 cleaners to clean all the rooms in the hotel today. Each cleaner is paid £8.20 for each hour or part of an hour they work. How much will each cleaner be paid today?

if 5 cleaners took 4 hours and 30 min. to clean the whole rooms in a hotel and there's only 3 cleaners, it would take them 6 hours and 30 min. why? because 5 cleaners = 4 hours and 30 min. 4 cleaners = 5 hours ad 30 min. 3 cleaners = 6 hours and 30 min. Anyway so, if they were paid 8.20 for each hour you would multuply that so 8.20x6.5 = ?? and then you divide the answer to 3 and thats your answer
