Exercises increases Talia’s strength by making the muscles work harder. In doing so, the size, power and endurance of her muscles will improve .When playing volley ball, Talia stretches periodically through both passive and static stretching which will in turn increase his muscular gain.

2. The statement which is correct is that scenario one shows proper etiquette and scenario two show improper etiquette. In scenario 1, Marcus changes into the proper gears required in the game. This is proper etiquette because the game requires players to put on bowling shoes before entering the lane. Scenario 2 is improper etiquette because Alina was running side-by side in the group of five passing oncoming runners on the running trail which can make her collide with others and fall in the  running rail
