The choices really confused me because I'm pretty sure they want me to use an adjective for pineapple and I guess the only one that would "make sense" is C) mojada because that means wet but I'm not 100% sure.

I would choose C too because the pineapple's aren't sweet, spicy or greasy. sometimes the pineapple's are sweet but not all the time so i would go with C) Mojada
