i believe that line would be "Like Plato, Aristotle, wrote extensively on the subjects of tyranny and the rule of law."
Because of this very view, both of these men were among the earliest figure that recommended a system of Government that later on evolved into separation of power (creating more than one branches of Government) that became the foundation of almost all democratic societies today.
