This is a very difficult question. On one hand, the imperialistic consequences in the former European colonies all around Africa can still be witnessed and discussed about today. On the other hand, the European nations did build a lot of infrastructure in these nations that would otherwise probably would have not been built. There are two sides to this story and each one of them has a lot of arguments.
