Lawmakers decide they want to create a skate park to keep teenagers out of trouble. The park is created, and they are now looking at juvenile crime rates. Which step in the policy cycle would this be considered?
I belive they are now at the evaluation step. The evaluation happens after the program already fully implemented. The purpose of this steps is to find out whether the program is achieving the target and create analyzation for the why or why not the program is successful (so they could implement better program in the future)
