(i) because of the graph, you can see the bus started at 12:00. so, the first hour would be 12:00-13:00. The point on the line that is straight above 13:00 is straight to the right of 20km, so therefore, the bus traveled 20km in the first hour
(ii) the space between each hour is four units, and as we can see on the graph, the bus stopped for two units worth of time. on hour or 60 minutes divided by 4 is equal to 15 minutes. That means the bus stopped for 30 minutes.
(iii) Between 13:30 and 15:00, the bus traveled from 20 to 50. 50-20 is equal to 30, so that means the bus traveled 30km in that time frame.
(iv) When the bus was 10km from the start it was 12:30. When the bus was 40km from the start it was 14:30. That means it took the bus two hours to travel that far.
