The answer is 150 feet/minutes and 9000 feet/hour

In order to find the constant rate per minute, we just need to divide the diving distance with the time needed to do so.

300/ 2 minutes = 150 feet/ minutes
6750/45 minutes = 150 feet/minutes   . . . .proof there is no acceleration


So, the constant rate per hour will be
150x60 = 9000 feet/hour
