Just talk about how everyone on the west coast (mostly Americans) were afraid of the Japanese Americans now because of what had happened at Pearl Harbor. They thought that they were spies and even though they had done absolutely nothing wrong, they were still targeted by basically the entire US. Because of this they had to move into very small and very few relocation centers. You can also talk about how unfair that was to them (the Japanese Americans) and how even though this was in the past, it's still going to affect the people who had to go through that difficult time.
