• Check your wifi connection

• Try the website on other devices to see if it's your device's problem or the website's.

• If it says something like "This site isn't secure", go to your settings for google and enable something in there (I aplogoize for the vague description, I was having the same problem last week so my friend enabled something in Google settings which finally got the site working.)
