If I were you, I would say the my hometown is in coastal area (geographical theme),where all the tradings from differents countries goes in my hometown this resulted my places to be the central tourist destination. Since, commercial, indrustrial buildings, and shopping malls were built that attracted tourist and the same time benefits the public by having a regular job from different companies.
