A few changes in our life can make us active.
The student can incorporate some of these things in his or her life:
- stop sitting for too long
- starts to walk even if for a minute
- do streches whenever gets time (even for a minute)
- starts to breathe mindfully.

Being more physically active can be all about choices. Like: 1. Taking the stairs instead of the elevator
2. Taking the longer route to your next class
3. Parking farther away from the entrance in the parking lot
And sometimes, it is about making the time and becoming motivated.
