Some rich, some poor. There are beautiful, plain, black, white, smart, dull, spiritual, atheistic, white-collar, and blue-collar people. But the intensive-care ward is the one place in the world where none of those divisions makes a speck of difference, for all those people are united by a single awful thread--their love for a dying relative or friend. You don't see sparks of racial tension there. Economic differences, even religious differences fade away. Often they'll be consoling one another or crying quietly. All of them are facing the rock-bottom emotions of life, and many of them call for a pastor or priest for the first time ever. Only the megaphone of pain is strong enough to bring these people to their knees and make them reconsider life.

We are made to suffer in this world so it will not go away. Suffering is caused by: economic differences, religion differences and differences of race. Suffering is part of humans; losing a loved one is pain yet it is the circle of life. Therefore, it is natural for a human to suffer--as the earth is not perfect. The value of god's megaphone is to unite all differences as one. All races, old, and small are placed in intensive care to hear god megaphone that all is hope, life is changing and people are put at the end of their misery--all are lived a fulfilled life, and all die together, as one, without suffering hope this helps :)

The value of "Gods megaphone" is that there is much more going on then your little circle of suffering and when its over we will be in eternity, it also helps bring people together that are so different yet the same, all to worship one God.
