It is called SAFETY. According to Maslow's hierarchy of
needs (a motivational theory covering a five level model of human needs), humans
need safety. It includes protection from elements, security, order, law,
stability, freedom from fear. Safety needs is considered as basic needs along
with the physiological needs.
