13/14 is greater than 10/11. This is because 13/14 as a decimal would result in approximately 0.93, and 10/11 would result in 0.90909090 repeating. Since the decimal of 10/11 is smaller, the answer would be greater than. Another way to figure it out is that whenever the fraction has a greater denominator and the numerator is only 1 away, that answer will be greater. What I mean is that for example here the first fraction has a denominator of 14, while the second one has a denominator of 11. Since the numerators of both fractions are one number less than the numerator, that means that the fraction 13/14 would be greater than 10/11. Its because if something is into parts and the more parts it has, if you have most of the parts, you have more than something cut into less parts that you have a lot of. Sorry if this is kind of confusing let me know if you don't get it, and ill try to clarify. Hope this helps! Please rate, leave a thanks, and mark a brainliest answer. (Not necessarily mine). Thanks, it really helps! :D
