The use of terrorism also violates modern warfare, as they use weapons and technologies that have already been banned, and also change how the government work so that they could get what they want (usually everybody to follow Allah or who-knows-who-else), and is definetely designed to get attention from world leaders, modernized countries, and from people around the world.
