B. Institute laissez-faire policies
Social Darwinism is the concept that society is like nature and some are fit to survive and are superior to others while others are unfit and naturally should be taken over by the stronger power.
Social Darwinism is seen as the natural order and therefore the government should not interfere in any way. Laissez-faire policies mean the government should "let it be" and not create any laws interfering with the economy. This would include no regulation of companies, no support for unions, no assistance for the unfortunate or needy.
