If the hexagons in my attachment are the hexagons that the above problem refers to, then, YES hexagon FGHIJK is congruent to hexagon UVWXYZ.

The are congruent because the measure of each sides are equal to the measure of the corresponding side of the other hexagon. 

FG = UV = 2
IJ = XY = 2

I used Pythagorean theorem to get the measure of the remaining sides.
GH = VW = 2.24
HI = WX = 2.24
JK = YZ = 2.24
KF = ZU = 2.24
