It is true. The body’s T-cell cannot attack the HIV virus
since it cannot be distinguish as a foreign cell or foreign body. This is due to the reason that an HIV virus
possesses a ribonucleic acid similar to the people’s genes. So instead of T-cell attacking the virus, the
virus will then go to the T-cell and infect it, then duplicates another T-cell
which are already infected with the virus.
