I think that the statement that is true is

A. a rhombus is a parallelogram and has for equal sides.
 
I think that is right because A rhombus is just like a square but slanted kind of and a square has 4 equal sides and is also a parallelogram.  So from what I have learned that is right. I hope that helped.
