A scientist crossed two pea plants, both having the genotype RrYy. The Punnett square representing the cross is shown in the table. The scientist concluded that all of the offspring would have at least one dominant allele for either shape or color. What can be said about his conclusion?

Just look at the possibilities of
RrYy x RrYy
It is possible for some offspring to have the genotype rryy, which obviously has no dominant alleles, so the conclusion is not correct.
