Let's label the map

A. Spain. The label is actually set on the Iberian Peninsula, where the current countries of Spain and Portugal are located.
B. Black Sea. It is an inner sea separated from the Mediterranean sea by the Bosphorus Strait or Strait of Istanbul.
C: Constantinople, also known as Istanbul, is the city located on the Bosphorus Strait that separates the Black and the Mediterranean Seas.
D: Strait of Gibraltar. It is the very small strait, that separates the Mediterrean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean, and also Europe (the Iberian Peninsula: Spain & Portugal) and Africa (Morocco).
E. Bagdad. It is the capital of Irak located between Euphrates and Tigris rivers.
F. Mediterranean Sea. Is a large inner sea, derived from the Atlantic Ocean, located between Northern Africa, Southern Europe and the Middle East.
G. Damascus. It is the capital of Syria, located in the Eastern coast of the Mediterranean Sea.
H. Mecca. Is the sacred city of Muslims, where all of them need to come on pilgrimage once in life. It is located in the current territory of Saudi Arabia.
I. Arabian Peninsula. It is located between the Red Sea and the Indian Ocean. The greater part of its territory belongs to Saudi Arabia, although there are other countries on it such as Oman, Yemen, or Emirates.
J. Red Sea. It is an inner sea located between the Arabian Peninsula and the current territories of Egypt and Sudan in Northern Africa.
