The six areas of wellness are social, environmental, spiritual, physical, intellectual, and emotional. 
Social: relating/interacting/communicating well, being comfortable in your own skin, being able to engage and contribute
Environmental: surrounded by healthy living environment, respecting nature
Spiritual: having beliefs and such that gives you a sense of purpose in life, peace and harmony
Physical: regular exercise, proper nutrition, sleeping well
Intellectual: learning, solving problems, open mind
Emotional: being self aware of your thoughts and emotions and being comfortable with that. empathize and expressing
