I believe it was Oklahoma they were removed from, and transferred to either Colorado, but i'm not entirely sure.

 The Cherokee Nation was removed from their lands: Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Alabama territory(Present day Oklahoma).
