One way is by lets saying using the number 4. I would write 4 on the left side and lets say you multiplied it by 2 you would get 8 so you write that to the right side of the table. And you keep doing that until you get to 4 x 15.
Another way is by doing 4 x 15 first then doing the numbers back so its quicker.
