Think about what a vertex is, it is the turning point of the graph. Since this turns around on the y axis, 2 units below the x axis, what would your coordinates be? Does it look like it is the highest point on the graph ( a maximum) or the lowest point( a minimum)?
Take a close look at your picture and you will easily be able to determine your answer, keeping in mind that your ordered pair will always list the x value first and y value second. (They are in alphabetical order!)
