I had to look for the options and here is my answer:
There had been difficulties that companies encounter when asking international suppliers to adhere human and environmental rights standards that are implemented by the U.S firms and this is reflected upon when both culture and economics get involved into the fairness discussion about international suppliers who have business in US firms.
