To get rid negative exponents you put them in the denominator of the fraction. So you have:
[tex] \frac{1}{ ( \frac{1}{ 2^{2} } * \frac{1}{2^{3} } *-4^{5})}[/tex]
Then you flip the fractions on the bottom so you can multiply so you have:
[tex]- \frac{1}{ 4^{5} } * 2^{2} * 2^{3} [/tex]
Stick that in a calculator and you get -.03125
