Lack of time is the most common barrier for the physical fitness.

What do you understand by the Fitness?

Physical Fitness is one's ability to perform daily activities which increases your strength, endurance, stress ,fatigue and management of diseases .

Being physical , mentally and socially health also included in fitness.  

You can improve your physical health by running , swimming , jogging and walking.

The barrier to physical fitness are

1) Lack of timing : In today's life people are some much involved in making money or other things and they forget about their physical fitness.

2) lack of energy : People love to eat oily foods which have cholesterol they forget to  eat healthy food that's why lack energy is also a barrier of physical fitness .

There are more barriers like lack of potential, lack of skill ,fear of injury so on.
