2• fees work when its not a real card and your using a app card then you have to pay a fee to use the card it dont cost that much its just to use the card if its not a real atual bank card to use for the machine so your gonna have to pay a fee to use the card.
3• speding limits is tenically like the prices u cant go over if u have a spending limit u can not go over it well notifi your card if u went over your spending limit its limits for u card that it wont spend a lot of money u can put how much u want the spending limit to be but u cant go over the spending limit unless u want to pay a fee.
