You didn't include options or statements, however I'll assume these list of structures observed in cells are in eukaryotic cells. Specifically an animal and plant cell. An animal obtains energy from eating food, using the mitochondria to convert that energy into ATP which is more convenient for the cell to use. A plant obtains energy by getting energy from the sunlight. The chlorophyll is in charge of this and uses photosynthesis in order to make this sunlight into the chemical energy found in food. That is when the plant cell uses the mitochondria to convert that chemical energy into ATP for the cell to use.
