I believe that correct option is A.
It depends on the era that your learning about, though I analyzed the images and used process of elimination as I know which sections where owned at the same time, and I saw a few who either owned parts of North Africa when very little of the middle east was taken and crossed them out one by one till I was left with A, which seemed accurate for the 44 BC era expansion.
