The HL Postulate states that if the hypotenuse and leg of one right triangle are congruent to the hypotenuse and leg of another right triangle, then the two triangles are congruent.
But in this case we don't know ( or its not given ) that the hypotenuse of both the triangles are equal or not.
so Option C is correct, Angle - Side - Angle congruence Theorem can be use to prove it.
