The main language of Honduras is Spanish (and some indigenous languages are spoken, too, but not as much), so they would use the usual Spanish greetings, for example:
-hola! (hi!)
-nos vemos (see you for a goodbye)
-adios (for a goodbye)
Additionally, a number of other greetings can be heard among the younger generation, equivalent to the English (whatsup) - those change more frequently and depend on the group!
