A special moment from my past is when I went on a family trip to Mackinac Island.The car ride to Mackinac Island took around four hours. When we arrived in Mackinaw City, we went straight to the hotel we had booked for a few days. The first thing we did was go swimming at the hotel’s indoor pool. The pool had a hot tub, so I spent most of my time there since the pool’s water had too much chlorine. After we finished swimming, we ordered food then went to sleep. The next day we traveled by boat to Mackinac Island. The first thing we did was go through a haunted house. After that we spent hours walking around and shopping until our 2 hour horse carriage was ready. I slept through the majority of the horse carriage. Afterwards we ate lunch, went through a maze, and finally walked around a bit more until our boat came to take us back to our hotel. When we arrived we got ready to go to the water park for a few hours, we came back to the hotel, ordered food, then went to sleep. The next day we would pack up to leave.

Un momento especial de mi pasado fue cuando hice un viaje familiar a la isla Mackinac. El viaje en coche a la isla Mackinac duró unas cuatro horas. Cuando llegamos a la ciudad de Mackinaw, fuimos directamente al hotel que habíamos reservado por unos días. Lo primero que hicimos fue nadar en la piscina cubierta del hotel. La piscina tenía una bañera de hidromasaje, así que pasé la mayor parte del tiempo allí, ya que el agua de la piscina tenía demasiado cloro. Después de que terminamos de nadar, pedimos comida y nos fuimos a dormir. Al día siguiente viajamos en barco a la isla Mackinac. Lo primero que hicimos fue pasar por una casa encantada. Después de eso, pasamos horas caminando y comprando hasta que nuestro carruaje de caballos de 2 horas estuvo listo. Dormí durante la mayor parte del carruaje tirado por caballos. Luego almorzamos, atravesamos un laberinto y finalmente caminamos un poco más hasta que nuestro bote vino a llevarnos de regreso a nuestro hotel. Cuando llegamos nos dispusimos a ir al parque acuático por unas horas, volvimos al hotel, pedimos comida y luego nos fuimos a dormir. Al día siguiente empacaríamos para irnos.
