John is the mastermind of a gang of several criminals. He plans burglaries of jewelry stores. He obtains the layouts of the stores, their security measures, and the combinations for vaults that house the jewels. However, he is never present when the burgalary occurs. Big Cat and Little Cat actually break into the jewelry stores at night to steal the jewelry. Speedy is the lookout and drives the getaway car. He doesn't go into the store but is waiting nearby. After the heist goes down, Big Cat, Little Cat, Speedy and the loot are hidden from the authorities by Sly. Sly chooses the hideaway and informs them when it is safe to leave. Which members would be more severally punished than the others?

Respuesta :

John because he masterminded the whole thing; thus he is the most dangerous and cunning

Answer:

John

Explanation:

Since, John is the mastermind here, so he’d be punished more severally than others.

If we see the other gang members, i.e.

Breakers: Big and Little Cat,

Lookout: Speedy,

Hider: Sly

They all are working for John so we may find it a relationship on Principal and Agent.

The agents (the gang members) are penalized but as they work for the Principal, so any loss which occurs in the plan would be bore by the Principal, i.e. John, the mastermind.
