Answer:
Many people have a hard time showing courage they are afraid of sticking out and being humiliated. Sometimes, when people need to speak out against things in life, such as bullying, they don't want to get hurt or laughed. Where people are socially is a huge part of life and our well-being today, so often others are forcing themselves to stay quiet and out of situations when they could actually be doing a lot to help them.

(sorry if it was kinda short, but all you have to do is elaborate more on the bullying or just leave it at that!)
Answer:
People have a hard time showing courage because of fear. We allow our fear to dictate us because its an instinct where as courage we have to work that up. Just like with crushes we either sit there and watch them with other people wondering what it is like to be that person unless you have the courage to walk to them and tell them as straight up "I like you" then we stay in the shadows unless they feel the same and let us know it. The subgenual anterior cingulate cortex is the part of the brain that is related to overcoming fears and phobias. which is the part where courage comes from. Courage is difficult because of fear. But, with that fear it also drives our courage.
