the american decleration of independance, is 1776 north american colonies, was written by thomas jefferson, all men were created equal and have the right to life, liberty, and the persuit of happiness. these are unalienable rights- governemnt cannot take away. government gets its power from the consent of the governed. and the decleration of war is a formal act of war that is formed by which one state goes to war with another.
