Post hoc means occuring or done after the event, especially when there is a faulty assumption that the occurence has a logical relationship with the events that follow it.
Example: Our team was losing until I bought new shoes.
Therefore, incorrectly suggesting that one thing caused another (D) is an example of post hoc.
