Answer: When I'm happy I like to listen to upbeat, feelgood music. when I'm sad or mad I listen to music like Billie Eilish. I think what I listen to helps my bad moods change because I am able to understand that I'm not the only person that feels that way.

when i’m happy i listen to pop or country music since it lifts my spirits even more and makes me think of happy memories
