The coach has to convey its ideas in a clear, direct way to avoid misunderstandings and get its message straight. 4) Decision-maker. That is how he/she is the coach. To make decisions, the difficult ones included. That is why you always have to be prepared for different scenarios.

Obviously, the worst part of a coach is to be an authoritarian, rude, or aggressive person. You do not want that.
