the food sanitation rules require the food manager to ensure: a. food is handled safely throughout the restaurant's operation b. food supply deliveries are correct with the receipt of sale c. food handlers arrive on time, and are productive daily d. customers receive the best service possible from employees

Respuesta :

Well, A & B but especially A cause part of ensuring food is sanitary, is by handling it safely too. Answer B is required too but restaurant rules companies focus on restaurants more. Each company kinda has it's own job to ensure rules are followed. Food sanitation companies focus more on of course food sanitation/safety. Restaurant companies focus more on restaurants, customer service, delivery & other things more related to restaurants. If one company did everything, it'd be too much work.
