The Chinese and Indian government differ in terms of Unification. Compared to China, India has problems with political disunification. Chinese leaders had been chosen through the divine order which is contrary to India's belief. They believe that the Chinese Government had a subordination from the human order to the divine order compared to India's belief that is maintained by a ritual that is connected to the mental universe
