According to the chart, it shows the highest levels of deforestation in 1994 (which is when it peaked). The graph is not getting smaller, so it's not on the decline nor could the graph show that it was banned by the UN.
Herds rearing is the principal problem of loss of trees and grass covers in the rainforest of Amazon.
In Brazil, this has been the plight following at slightest the 1970s: administration values assigned 39 percent of loss of trees and grass covers from 1966-1975 to great-scale animals rearing.
Today the number in Brazil is resembling to 71 percent.
