What was proposed in the Executive Order 13583?

The Executive Order 13583 was passed by the then President Barack Obama during his presidency term. He had expressed his support for the youth not having documents to attend colleges and attain education.

Many of the youth immigrants did not have a proper documentation regarding their status of citizenship. The DREAM Act gave such youths an opportunity to represent themselves by attending colleges and university.
