Lauren is hosting a charity walk for an organization that donates notebooks to children who need them. Each notebook is $2. They make $2700! How many children can they donate the notebooks to?

2p=2700
2p/2= p (2 cancels out)
2700/2=1350
p=1350
Lauren can donate notebooks to 1350 children.
