This event relates the control of the British government over the East India Company’s territories. But before that happened, the East India Company was a private company possessed by stockholders that sent information to managers in London.
2. Mohammedans Gandhi organized boycotts and protests of Britain. DATE 1919.
The strike was coordinated to protest the act known as Rowlatt Act or Black Act.
3. India and Pakistan are partitioned into two states. DATE 1947
As a result of economics problems and many other reasons, the partition of India, how it is called, occurred. It was in August 1947 when India won its independence dividing the nation into two states that would be administered by themselves and separately.
4. South Asian Nations obtain their freedom. DATE 1971
In 1971 was signed a declaration by the Foreign Ministers of the ASEAN members with the aim of keeping South Asia free from any outside interference. The declaration was named Zone of Peace, Freedom and Neutrality (ZOPFAN).
