A monster. He's has lied to her her whole life. He says he has never gone out at night, yet when Ellen wake up at midnight she is all alone. Perhaps this would not be strange if her dad just went out for some groceries or maybe even came back with a woman, but this is not the case. Her father comes back with blood on his clothes. He sees darkness in here eyes now. She does not recognize her father. He is a monster.
